I'm drudging up a lot of topics, I know, but just wanted to add something here.
The text seems to comprise a bunch of different iterations of the Ludovician. I just did some work carving out one of the Ludo-texts (which I'll, again, post in the Red Cabinet), and between this and that, it sort of seems like when we see the Ludo, it's physical appearance on the page is comprised of little scenes, mostly likely from the life of the First Eric Sanderson. Different "eaten memories", if you will.
You can find this "Paul" one during the Ludovician's first twelve scenes during the "shark attack" flip-book segment.

Just to clear up any confusion - Steven has stated that the Myspace pages of Eric, Scout and Ian are "part of the not part of the The Raw Shark Texts itself." Does this comment also apply to Eva? And, in turn, the information and negatives she has provided us with?

Does anyone know if those myspace pages for Ian, Scout and Eric are still up?
And there it was, full of everything and overwhelming nothingness. Leo went on, a false idea resting in a candy wrapper of societal perfection.
He had no idea what it meant to see, what it meant to know.
And there was no way for me to un-know. No way for me to un-see. No way I could ever shield myself in one of those brightly colored candy wrappers of pretend ignorance.
I think I wanted it that way, to be like Leo, but I knew that would never happen.
~A snippet of things to come.
