Has anyone taken the time to decode the light bulb fragments with Dr. Fidorous' de-coding system? What comes after 'everything'?

I believe that entire chapter [entitled Lightbulb Fragment Part (Part Three/Encoded Section)] is the unscrambled text.
If you notice, the text starts with 'Everything', under the picture of the word everything above it. I think including that was just a stylistic choice.
