What they are:

Negative 36 is a series of 'Undexes' (the equivalent of an index) that appear in various volumes of The Raw Shark texts (detailed below). Currently, there are two known and collected Undexes, "36 - Undex (incomplete)" and "36b - Undex (UK Incomplete)". In the undexes themselves, a third, not yet discovered titled "Gold Index" is listed. According to Steven Hall himself, the Gold Index is not only a part of Negative 36, but a complete index of The Raw Shark Texts. The Gold Index has not yet been completed however, and only ~five copies are planned to be made, none ever becoming widely available.

B (or B2): Thought to refer to "book 2". This may be a reference to Steven hall's next novel, which he once mentioned on The Cult forum. He provided the following four "clues": [1], [2], [3], [4]. It is unknown of "Book 2" refers to this text.

(Greek translation only): Only the entry for "Danielle Grayson" bears this. Steven has said that the Greek translation of The Raw Shark texts features a cameo from the protagonist of his next book. In Undex 36b, this entry also carries a "B2".

Bold page numbers: Several entries have certain page numbers printed in bold. Their meaning varies. For instance, the bold pages in the entry for "Light Bulb Fragment" indicate the text of Light Bulb Fragment itself, while bold numbers in the entry for "Ludovician, adult" indicate pages where pictures of the Ludovician appear.
