its a challenge because you have to read and understand all the conceptual scheitz at your own pace. if you show/tell it in a film the average joe won't understand it... if it did come out in a film it would be in the donnie darko mould - a cult hit, as opposed to the matrix trilogy. it would be hunted out by those who want to suspend disbelief in a less fantastical lord of the rings way and in a more gritty...and though it pains me to say it, philosophical way.

is eric sanderson a likeable character?

a question that warrants discussion.

Now, i know wikipedia is an unreliable source and should never be cited, BUT
on Simon Beaufoy's page, it says, (and i quote):
