Artist and illustrator Christian Ward and I have been talking about working together on something for a while, and now looks like that 'something' might actually be happening. I'll be doing prep work for this over the next month or two, and Chris could well have images to share here not long after that... S

Wow. His artwork is incredible. The Raw Shark Text illustration he's already done is beautiful. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with.

Oh! Interesting!
This immediately makes me think of Neil Gaiman's Sandman.
The stand alone "novel" The Dream Hunters, written by Gaiman and illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano.
For those who doesn't know about it, it's a short book with I think it is one page text, one page image, one page text, one image, etc.

Chris sent me some more images for this recently and they are stunning. I wish I could post something here for you to see, but it's waaaay too soon.
We're both super-busy at the moment but we're going to look at getting things moving properly next year...
