I have a tendency to find little bits and pieces. Not all necessarily need their own threads though. Or if later they do tie in to bigger ideas then new threads can be started, but hopefully we can keep the thread count to a minimal.

To start off with

on page 16

Yeah, I noticed that. If Australopithecus and Homo habilis are our ancient ancestors, then does the paragraph of text above them refer to the Ludovician picking up the 'scent' as these species start to form concepts? Or am I mis-reading it; I would guess that the Ludovican would have evolved in a rich conceptual environment, no? So maybe it refers to the Ludovician first coming into existence?
